Hi i have 2 x tapo c320ws and one c210 on all same problem with initialization microSD card.

MicroSD brand is KRY class 10, 32 GB 2 pices, tested with H2testw directly in sd port in laptop, formated in ntfs and fat32 on both passed witouth errors. Whom i need to send Mac address & SN of camera on privat. Thanks

Even I am facing same issue with TAPO 210 and 128 GB SD Card. Do let me know incase you find some solution. I am not sure if TP Link technical helps!

It recognize me the card and it records but,there is erroror about card. You cant turn on loop recordnig bat it record in loop mode.
