I have recently upgraded to Vodafone full fiber and with it came their ultra 6e router. Since setting it up my HS100 v2.1 won't connect nor can they see my WiFi. V1, HS110 all work fine but the v2.1's can't find the network. Done resets, restarted router to no change. Can anyone help?

Sorry for the late reply.  May I know were you able to set up your smart plug with the new router at last? 

Please check if some tips helps with setting up your the smart plug:

What should I do if I fail to configure the Kasa device?

 

For' HS110 all work fine but the v2.1's can't find the network' do you mean the app the plug does not see the Wi-Fi network of router or app reports any Error message,  can you share a photo of the error message in the kasa app here?
