My internet provider has changed

Is there a way to set it up on the new wifi without resetting the camera?

If I do manage to reset it, will all the footage in the memory (cloud/SD card) be erased? I have recordings on there that I didn't get the opportunity to save that are very important to me and I don't want to lose.

Many thanks!

Hi,
Some Tapo Cam support to press and holding the reset button for 5s to reset Wi-Fi, such as the Tapo C310, and you can try it, and when the Tapo Cam has a flashing red and green light, please reconfigure the camera and connect it to the new Wi-Fi network.

If you reset the camera to factory default settings, don't worry that the footage/videos in the cloud server or SD card will be erased.
a. The videos saved in the cloud server are bound to your TP-Link ID, and if the camera is still bound to the same TP-Link ID after resetting and reconfiguring, you can access the videos.
b. Reset the camera won't reset the videos saved in the SD card.

Best Regards
