A horizontal line in the live stream image has occured on one of my cameras. I have tried to restart it, but it wont disappear. Is this a hardware error? The camera is just a few weeks old.

You can try to wipe the lens of the camera, reset the camera to factory default settings and reconfigure it, and then check if the live view page of the camera will back to normal.
If the same issue happens, you can contact the retailer or local support to check if your camera is under warranty.
