I thought it was an one off, but the alarm just randomly goes off from time to time for no apparent reason. 
I do not have Tapo Care subscription.

I don't not have the alarm setting as on for motion detection as this is used for the crib, so it's always turned off.

The issue cannot be reproduced as it just randomly turns on by self.

Yes I have the camera recording on continuous mode, but even so, the play back doesn't show any abnormalities before the alarm goes off.

My settings for detection & alerts: 

motion detection: On

ai detection: Off

Act. Notification: On

camera alarm: Off

Motion tracking: off 

micro card SD card: Good & recording 

Also, I have another camera that is the same model with the same settings, yet this is the only one that does this. It's really troublesome because  this is the one I use as the baby cam & without knowing when the alarm will go off, it has woken the baby up a few times! 

Is there anyway to completely shut down the alarm or find out what the issue is? I can't keep having the alarm go off scaring the baby.
