Hello,

I have problem with my TAPO c100 namely the camera has stopped sending notification to my NVR Hikvision HWN-2104MH. I have two additional cameras (C310) and they work properly. What is strange and wondering is the fact that when camera isn't connect to my NVR send notfication to my phone and light and audio alarm work correctly therefore I'am sure that configuration of my C100 is fine. What is more I have checked my home network using Wireshark, I have addresed my PC the same ip address like my NVR and my C100 really didn't sent any one packet to my recorder. Please for help with t-shoot this uncommon case.

Hi,
Thank you for the case report. For this issue, please help confirm the following information for further analysis.

1. Please check if the motion detection feature on the Tapo C100 is turned on. When the camera detects a motion, on the Tapo app>Home>Message icon, can you see a motion-detected notification?

 

2. If the motion detection feature works fine on the Tapo C100, please check:
1) Are you watch the Tapo C100 on a Windows PC via a third-party program? What's the name and version of the program?
2) Are you streaming the C100 via the ONVIF protocol?
3) Are the NVR and C100 under the same network?
4) Please disconnect the C100 from the NVR and reconnect, then check if the notification feature will work.

Hi,

 At the at the beginning thanks for your quick answer. 
1. Yes I have received notification from camera but only when C100 isn't connect to NVR(the account using to connect with NVR isn't created)
2.
1)No, I don't watch on PC
2)Yes, I'a using ONVIF protocol
3)Yes, this is the same network, but NVR and additional 2 camares are behind the repeater.
4)I did , no change

Hi,
If the two Tapo C310 and the NVR connect to the same repeater, and they are working fine, you can try to connect the Tapo C100 to the repeater and then check if the notification feature will work fine.
Please describe your detailed network diagram if possible, and how do you watch the Tapo C100 with the NVR?

I connected C100 to repeater, still the same. What is more and strange recorder didn't detect camera automatically I had to add c100 to NVR manually. I watch stream using recorder with screen and using TAPO dedicated application. Diagram below.
