Hey!

Got Tapo C200 yesterday. Tried setting it up, it connected after some tries, then it said that there is an update. After the update, a permanent red light turned on, on both sides of the lense and on top. I tried resetting the camera multiple times, nothing happens. Tried plugging it out for 30 minutes and then plugging back in, nothing, still permanent red. I removed it from my Tapo panel, but that didn't help either. Now I cannot connect to it, cannot reset it. Is there a solution for this or is it broken?
