Why the hub does not recover internet connection

1. From periodic booting 

2. Isp break outside of home network?

 

All other devices including P115 plugs does. We had an hour service break one night 2am and the sensors and hub (+ camera) were still offline in the morning. Sensor data during the rest of night was shown locally during the break but when recovered, it was lost. Same had happened many times.

 

Where is the (two years) data stored?

 

The problems is that when the internet is down, you can still see the data but when back online, it disappears!

During the time when the devices was disconnected from the internet, did they experience any power failure as well?

No, they were powered normally all the time. Same happens if I set auto reboot; it might not recover internet connection. Locally they show measurement data with another color, but when back online (to internet) this "off-line" data disappears.

The sensor data is stored on the hub. When the hub goes offline and restarts, data from the offline period will be lost.

 

The main issue is the reconnection problem of the H200. May I know what's the model of your router? Who is your ISP?

 

Can you share your time zone and the specific time when the hub went offline? (The more precise. the better. E.g. 4:20 PM Sep 27th)
