Hi,
Please reboot the doorbell, remove the inserted SD card from the doorbell if there is one, and try to press the reset button for 10 seconds to factory reset the doorbell. If the LED status is still the same as before, you can contact the local team or retailer to check if your doorbell is under warranty.

I have exactly the same problem. I succesfully connected the hub H200, but can not connect the doorbell. It was working yesterday.

Hi @JLB21061984,

 

Despite lots of attempts and many resets, I just couldn't get that D230S1 to work.

So I did return it and I received a replacement from the retailer.

 

I was able to set up the replacement without any problems.

I never did understand why the original stubbornly refused to work.

  @Customer0 Hi, were you able to solve this? I am experiencing the same problem. I was able to previously configure my D230s1 with my H200 hub until it was disconnected for some reason. It won't pair again after several tries. Same thing happens, it shifts to blinking red and green after the slow blinking green during pairing. The H200 is set up fine, just can't connect any devices even my door sensor.

 

I bought a new pair but still the same issue. Do you think this is factory issue?
