Rngtone Not Sync between hub and doorbell
Hi,
I have changed the ringtone in hub setting page. However when I press the doorbell, the default ringtone is still sent to the hub. The customised ringtone isn't synchronise or registered by the doorbell.
Tried reaetting or rebooting the hub and doorbelll. It still not pick up the customised ringtone.
Could you advise how to fix this?

Hi,
To change the Ringtone of the hub when pressing the doorbell, on the camera's Device Settings>doorbell>Ring Connected Hub>Hub Sound Settings, you can change the Volume and Ringtone.

just to let everyone know that the issue with the hub D200 ring tone has now been resolved, the new firmware update has been downloaded to my hub and working hallelujah 👍

I too have the same problem, I'm not able to get my H200 hub to ring the selected ring, it keeps ringing the ring selected for the doorbell
I'm disappointed.
