KS230 Kit V2 fails to turn on lights after about 3 weeks.  The physical switch LEDs are active but the ceiling light stopped coming on.  I've replaced the Kit 3 times.  Each time I replaced it, it works for a few weeks then fails in the exact same mode as before.

  @Wayne-TP I've replaced the Kit several times.  The light fixture is a chandelier with 12 soft white 60 watt bulbs.  Just discovered the max wattage for the switch. I suppose that could be the problem.

Twelve 60w light bulbs exceed the maximum load of the KS230 Kit. Switch tends to be damaged by connecting overload devices for a long period.

 

When installing and using electrical equipment such as switches and plugs, please check the product specifications carefully to avoid unnecessary hazards.

Are you referring to replacing the KS230 kit several times with new ones, or reset and reinstalling it multiple times?

 

What types of light bulb (model/type/power, etc) does the KS230 kit control? And how many of them are there?

 

Did the control fail through App control? Or does this situation also occur when pressing the physical button?

 

Try to reboot or reset the switch when the problem occurs, see if it helps.
