H200 not updated with T315 values
I have recently installed H200 hub with T315 sensor. Whenever I reboot H200, I will get T315 values. However, after a short while, it will stay at the same value and not get updated. Also, the mobile app also doesn't display history. Please advice. Thank you

@Wayne-TP Thank you for all the advice and suggestions. I finally managed to fix the problem. As the hub was placed in my office server room network, I had to first discover the hub IP address, reserve the IP with the HUB MAC address, then set a firewall rule for the IP. Once I have done all the above, the hub connected nicely with all the temperature / humidity values being updated. The strange part was without doing the above, the hub is still able to connect to the internet and mobile app except it will only update the temperature one time without history when the hub is restarted.

Is it definitely close enough to the hub? If it doesn't work when sitting next to the hub, then I'd personally try and reinstall the device to the hub again. I had a similar issue with a T200B the other day. Removing and reinstalling the device fixed the issue for me.

Looks like a cloud connection problem with the sensor or the hub. Do you have any other devices connected to the hub, like a camera, or other sensors? Please check whether their cloud-based service function properly, such as viewing camera remotely, and whether the automation takes effect.

@Wayne-TP The firewall rules allows hub internal ip to communicate to any address in the internet and is only opened for http and https. I think it will work even with http port only.
