Model: KE100 KIT
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.7?

I was notified of a firmware update for my thermostats a couple of days ago 1.7 I think.

Shortly after hitting the upgrade button all of my thermostats have stopped working.

They still show in the app but with firmware verson 1.0.

The valves are stuck in the position that they were at the time of the update (on or off)

The rotary control on the valve does nothing

The only visual output is the connection light blinks every couple of seconds

Reset / re-pair does nothing to improve the situation

Any ideas or is every valve in my house bricked?

  @whiteheadm

Can you check whether the Kasa hub is stably connected to the router? If its connection is unstable, its sub-device (KE100) will also behave abnormally.

For example, try to play ringtone on KH100 when you notice KE100 is acting weird, then monitor if the ringtone can be triggered every time.

Which connection light did you notice is acting strange? The one on the Kasa hub? Or the light on the KE100? Which one specifically?
