Hi all. Does anyone know how to delete the motion zone photo on a Tapo video doorbell D230. When I go into settings it's not showing outside where its fixed. Instead it's a photo of the hallway where I set it up.Tia.

  @Glennedb I've gone through the same thing with a bunch of Tapo cameras.  A couple of times what worked for me was to turn on privacy mode for a few minutes, reboot the camera, then turn off privacy mode and it refreshed the image.

Other times that didn't seem to work and I just had to wait a day or two for it to update.  I think this is a flaw in the Tapo software.  That image should automatically update every time you go to that setting.

  @Glennedb

Hi,

If the image on the camera's activity zone page is different from the camera's Live View page, you can try the following steps.
1. Make sure your Tapo app and the camera's firmware are up to date.
2. Go to the camera's Live View page and ensure you can watch the camera's live feed properly.
3. Navigate to the camera's Device Settings> Detection> Activity Zone to check if the picture is updated.

Best Regards
