Model: Tapo C200

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.3.9 build 231019

I made account for camera with login and password

Ping the ip of the camera - no loss

I use this: rtsp://{login}:{password}@192.168.0.{address}:554/stream1 to get video on win rtsp player

I use same approach for other 2 Tapo c210 - but with their own login, password, address.

This one - doesn't work for some reasons

When I trying to connect it gives me:

Error:0 ...

It even works in VLC, with the same address but I need it in win rtsp player with others.

I made reboot by button on the camera and create camera account again, no changes...

Hi,
If you have not tried to factory reset the camera and reconfigure it, you can hold the reset button for 10 seconds on the camera to reset it, then refer to the instructions below to reconfigure it.

Can you confirm the test results of the below steps if you have followed the instructions to troubleshoot but the problem remains?
