I would like to view my TAPO C425 surveillance camera on my PC, with dedicated free viewing software.
I tested VLC Media Player, iSpy, and ZoneMinder.  The camera is not recognized even though I have entered its IP address and port 554.

As a battery camera, the Tapo C425 does not support RTSP/ONVIF protocols. You may consider those AC-powered models.
