Hi,
I have a bunch of these light strips and they all have the same issue.
I have the Light On/Off Gradually setting switched on.
The issue is they don't fade on and off smoothly; they fade choppy.
Is there a fix?

Try to factory reset the light strip with the control button. How to Reset Tapo Light Strip
Are the light strips on lighting effects or pure color? Can you share a video here?
