I try use automation connect S200B and Kasa HS200,but Disconnected internet can't work, can theese use offline at future?

and I found some strange problems

When the Internet is disconnected, they will not be disconnected immediately,and the automation normal work.

only occurs in after restart the H200 that they cannot connect, and automation can't work,then The light will remain orange until wait the Internet connected by pressing the sync button, and slowly turns green. then return to normal
