Hi,
Here are the instructions to delete the camera's cloud video clips from the Tapo app.
    1. Go to the camera's Live View > Playback & Download > Playback page, select the date, tap the cloud icon, and then select the video clips you want to delete to delete them.
    2. Go to the Cameras tab>Cloud Activity page, select the date, and select the video clips you want to delete to delete them.

Currently, it's unable to access the cloud video clips on a laptop.
