I need static IP for my recorder.
I have a c500 working fine. It has static IP.
My c310 not working. Changing all the time.
This should be fixed. Or atleast a list over cameras that have possibility to enter static IP.
Now I need to deliver this camera back, I can not use it....

Thank you for your feedback, and I'll forward it to the relevant team for evaluation to improve our product.
Currently, for the cameras that do not support the Static IP address feature, you can add the Address Reservation entry for the camera on the router, and the camera will obtain the reserved IP address when connecting to the router.
