KD110, wifi connection failure

Hello,
i am trying to connect the doorbell KD110 to the wifi network but it keeps failing. it is reset and see the green and orange lights. The bell works. other light switches are connected to the network but no luck with this. using the android phones. It looks many have the same issue. how it was resolved?
