D230 Doorbell Video Call sometimes missing on Android
Installed the D230 doorbell a couple of months ago and still struggling to get it working as I would like/as it is intended.
I am still missing a video/voice call on my Android phone when somebody is pressing the doorbell (which I would like it to do when I am in the garden)
Sometimes its working, sometimes not. And if it works it rings only one time on my phone.
All settings are already double checked and adjusted.
Maybe the Android phone does not "wake up" fast enough? Android version 13 is installed.
What makes it also strange is that I do receive a normal notification when somebody is detected in front of the bell (motion detection) and also when somebody presses the bell but no video/voice call comes through.
Second remark: I installed the Tapo app on my company iphone and I never missed a video/voice call so far if somebody is pressing the doorbell.
In my family someone also bought the doorbell and they are facing the same issue.
Can someone please advise?
