C410 detects and records while mobile app is open but didn't do anything when I close the app

Hi,
I have started using my new C410 camera and in overall I am very satisified with product but one thing I cannot solve is that once mobile app is open everything works fine (detection, recording sample videos, notification on mobile app etc). But once I close the app nothing happened till the moment I open app again.
I went through all settings, changed sensitivy to 10. Did I missed something or that feature is paid?

The problem may be related to your camera settings and the actual events. Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. Please go to the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Battery Status > Working Mode page, which mode is selected?
2. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Detection > Wake-up Sensitivity page, what's the sensitivity value?
3. Please send me a picture of the camera's Device Settings > Detection page.
4. Please log in to the Tapo app > camera's Live View page, then try to record a video manually on the live view page showing the event/person that can't activate the camera to work when the app is closed. Then send us the video for analysis.

1. You can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download it and send me(@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.
2. It's recommended to test the camera's activity detection zone refer to the following instructions. Ensure the event occurs within the activity detection zone, otherwise, the event may not be able to wake up the camera, and then camera won't detect and record the event.
