Tapo switch P110 and P115 logging consumption problem AGAIN!
Monday
Model: Tapo P115
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.1

Hello!

About two years ago i had already this issue, which was somehow solved. Now again, since a few days, the consumption datas are missing on the most, almost on ALL P110 and P115. Yesterday there was msising about half a day, but now when i want to check the consumption of yesterday, the full day is empty!! Probably there is a problem on the database by TP-link (not in my phone, than on the TP-Link side).

Pleas help as i cannot now log any consumption, its now completely unreliable. :(

And interesting is, when i go to the Energy tab and switch to see the last 7 days, you can see that all datas are there! Only on energy consumption is missing party or on some days completely:

We are not yet clear on the cause of this issue. To help with this case, we recommend submitting a support ticket via email for efficient assistance. Please include the following information in your email.

1. The link to your post and your community nickname.

2. Mac address, model, hardware, and firmware version of the problem device. *Take a screenshot of the Device Info page.

And most importantly, please reproduce the problem and submit a log in the Tapo app for further analysis. For this case, go to visit different pages of the smart plug energy monitoring section, and try to reload the pages.

  @BLacc

I'm facing the same issues since a few days with several (about 5 or 6) of 10 switches (2xP110 + 8xP115). All of them having the latest available software installed.

Since I have them integrated in my Home Automation which polls the data continuously I have detailled data of what happens and when.

It looks as if the plugs suddenly reset the value of the daily consumption to zero (and not only at midnight) where at the same time (but not always) the monthly consumption drops about a certain ammount (but not to zero).

The faults happens approximately every 21 hours 20 minutes but not simultaneously at several devices.

Below a graph of one of the plugs ("Fernseher"):

The next figure shows graphs of two of the plugs ("Fernseher" and "Aquarium"). The faults seem to happen with a constant period.
