I am a very satisfied user of this camera system.
However, I am irritated by the continuous notifications that my cameras are draining quickly.
That is correct because I have them set to high performance.
That is also the reason why I purchased the recommended solar panels for both cameras.
Then I do not have to worry about charging!
The solar panels are not detected in the app and I have already filed a complaint about this!
But, the cameras are, I repeat ARE being charged.
Because the app does not detect this (via beta charging data) I continuously receive notifications that I have to reduce the detection sensitivity to guarantee a longer battery life.
Either there must be an in-app solution so that the use of solar panels is correctly detected or there must be a separate option to be able to switch off the notifications regarding power consumption.
Now I sometimes get the notification about power consumption 10 times a day.

So to summarize it again.
Everything works fine.
It is purely a complaint about the Tapo App that does not detect the solar panels.
The cameras and tapo hub have the latest firmware.
Every time a standard response is given about where I have to attach my solar panels and whether the firmware is up to date and all other standard answers!!!
Again, everything works perfectly!
It is just not indicated correctly in the app!
So as a customer I insist that the app must be addressed and not blame the customer for incorrect use!!!
