Hi @a.wright,

Did you try to change DNS as I suggested?

Please check if the alarm IP module is in the isolation list:Go to Advanced > Security > Device Isolation. If it is in the list, please delete it.

Please also check if the AP isolation button is enabled:Go to Advanced > Wireless > Additional Settings.

Hi,

 

  • DNS has been changed (no impact from doing so).
  • Device Isolation is not enabled at all and even if I turn it on, there is nothing in the list.
  • AP Isolation button is not enabled. Not sure why this would impact as the Alarm module is connected via Ethernet?
