Hi,
If the Tapo camera displays the offline status in the Tapo app all the time, you can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?

If the camera still displays the same phenomenon, please confirm the following information for further analysis.

  1. Please send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
  2. What's the LED status on the camera when it displays offline?
  3. What's the model number of your router? Is the camera connected to the router's Wi-Fi directly rather than an AP/RE in between?
  4. Can you restore the camera's connection by rebooting it, factory resetting, and reconfiguring it?
  5. When the camera is working, please go to its Device Settings > Device Info page in the Tapo app, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check its RSSI value.

Best Regards
