NC220 Cloud Viewing Problem

I'm using windows 7 64bit with either firefox or Internet Explorer to connect to the cloud service. I also use ios apps to live view my camera. I'm running well in ios but having issue in PC, where as if Open in IE it will say the camera is offline. If I open in Firefox it will give a me a full black screen on the windows and I need to force quit the firefox to get back to the menu. I have tried reinstalling but still no help, any one encounter this issue before?Thanks
