Tapo D235 Camera not responding to input
Hello everybody. My D235 has stopped responding to all input. The LED light around the ring button is now on permanently, and, although the doorbell sounds on the doorbell itself when pressed, it does not sound on the separate chime.
It does not respond in the Tapo app either. It is on, but the camera is not responding or recording. It says the network is unstable, but nothing has changed physically to warrant this. In the app it says > Device Info > Signal Strength > -46(RSSI).
Could someone please walk me through the different processes that can possibly remedy this situation? Do I have to reboot it via the app? Do I have to remove it and reconnect it in the app?
In the event I must manually reboot or restart it, how do I remove it from its mounting point on the exterior wall to access the button? It is hardwired.
If I must do this, do I have to format the memory card as well?
