In the transition between dusk and night the video feed stops and a remote software reboot id required. OK then for the remaining 24hrs

Any suggestions except returning the camera.

Hi,
On the camera's Device Settings > Reboot Camera page, you can enable the Auto Reboot feature to see if it helps.

 

If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
  1. Is the camera powered by the original power adapter and cord that come with the camera in the package?
  2. Does the camera's video feed stop at a specific time? If so, are there any changes in your network and environment? For example, your router will reboot at that time or other phenomena.
  3. Whether your other devices, such as your phone and laptop, are working fine when the camera's live feed stops?
  4. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value. If the RSSI is less than -60 dBm, please move the camera closer to the router and check if it helps.
