Hi,

 

C310 stopped recording. Card is formatted. Manually taken photos are stored in memory. Schedule is ok and I'm receiving notifications about movements. 

 

Playback shows no recordings.

 

What may be the issue? How to fix it?

 

BTW. Hardware v1 works properly.

Hi,
For the reported phenomenon, please confirm the following information for further analysis.

 

  1. On the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording page, please ensure the Local Recording option is enabled, and then please send me the screenshots of the Local Storage page and the Recording Schedule page.

 

  2. What's the model number and capacity of the SD card inserted into your camera?

 

  3. Please send me a screenshot of the camera's Live View > Playback & Download > Playback > SD card page.

 

  4. Try to remove the SD card from the camera, connect it to your PC via an SD card adapter, and then check if you can find the video recordings on your PC.
