Tapo C51A keeps disconnecting to wifi after firmware 1.2.1 update
Tapo C51A keeps disconnecting to wifi after firmware 1.2.1 update. It works fine before the update.
The camera is near the wifi router and my other tapo oudoor cameras (TC82) does not have connection issue, that is why i know it is not an issue on my wifi but on the camera itself.
Please assist on how to fix.

Please confirm the following information if the disconnect phenomenon persists.
1. On the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
2. What's the LED status on the camera when the disconnect phenomenon occurs?
3. How often does this phenomenon occur? How do you recover the connection, such as by rebooting the camera?
4. What's the model number of your router?

Steady overlapping Red and green
3. How often does this phenomenon occur? How do you recover the connection, such as by rebooting the camera?
> Happens 2-3x everyday randomly
> Reboot/Reset the camera

Note:
I already did everything that I have searched on this forum, but the disconnection issue still persist.
From what I noticed, this only started happening after the latest firmware update.

Hi,
1. On your Wi-Fi router, please turn off Advanced Wi-Fi settings like Smart Connect, Wi-Fi Optimizing, or 'Channel optimization', etc.
2. On your camera's Device Settings > Reboot Camera page, please enable the Auto Reboot feature and see if it helps.
3. Please refer to the instructions below to collect the camera log for further analysis.

@Solla-topee can you provide a permanent fix? or is there a way to downgrade the firmware to the previous version? this only happens after the latest update and all the things you are saying i already did and it does not help.
