@iansmcdonald Do you have access to Deco app? Deco mesh is managed by Deco app. If you do not have login credentials to login to Deco app and see your Deco mesh, there is not much you can do.

@JRix Here is an idea: check PC Network Adapter settings. If you are in luck and they are configurable, you could instruct PC to run at not more than 10Mbps Ethernet speed.
