@BreLeB In theory, if PC can't connect to Deco, it should connect to another Deco. That's why it is called "preferred connection" and not "mandatory connection." Occasionally, that might not work....

@BreLeB I had similar situation once. Bring PC and that Satellite Deco close to each other (PC to Deco, Deco to PC - does not matter), so that they can see each other and PC can connect to that Deco....

@Andeh1 I will need more info from you in order to help you troubleshoot the problem: 1. A network diagram - need to know how your Deco now connect to each other, to the switch, to router, etc.; 2....

@GD91 I am out of ideas. If Satellite Deco reports 2.4GHz/5GHz link to Main Deco, it means its 2.4GHz hardware module working correctly. Why can't you find 2.4GHz from that Satellite Deco in WiFi...
