Do you know why in the specifications it says 110 to 120 and not 110 to 240V?

@Kevin_Z Buy in the US the Smart plug HS105. I live in Peru and the voltage is 220V But in the specifications it says that it only accepts voltage from 110 to 120 V. Could you confirm that...
