@Solla-topee What do you mean a link to the KP400? I've tried manually turning on and off the device. However, even when OFF, my led lights are still slightly lit.

Hi I am having an issue with my KP400; it seems the KP400 outputs a very low wattage even when OFF, hence, my led lights still remain slightly dimmed and opened even when OFF. Any fix for this?
