Is it possible for you to connect PC directly to your router and check if it is the same? Or test powerline devices using a different computer. Your PA6010KIT seems OK...

Did you check IP address, default gateway, DNS etc. obtained on your PC? Your network is working indeed? Try to reset powerline devices to factory defaults. http://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-312.html...

Umm...but you have to connect one powerline extender in one of those sockets? No idea about how to solve it...Normally, it should be wiring issue or something related to it.

Check the link speed of wireless network connection. Try channel width 40MHz for 2.4GHz and 80MHz for 5GHz. Connect only one client to test the speed.
