@JDjelly I deleted the Tapo app and reinstalled it. Now it is working ok

@Wayne-TP The app is not creating any .ips reports. I tried to make a screen video of the problem but the video crashes at the same time as the Tapo app.

@Wayne-TP For further information, the app runs ok with only 2 screens showing. The problems start when I use the 4 split screens. Log has been emailed to you. Regards, Heather Smith

@Vernissa The latest sequence of events are:- App crashed, despite latest update saying it was to make it more stable. On restarting app the 4 cameras set up to view only contained 1 camera view....
