@Wayne-TP I have tested a beta firmware, first on one camera, (C310) it switched mode ok, then on a further two cameras last night, all three switched mode ok last night. So the problem seems solved....

@Wayne-TP Firmware 1.4.2 Build 250605 Rel. 50558n Has fixed the issue. Covered up the camera (C310) relay clicks into night mode. Uncovered, initialy black & white, relay clicks, back to colour. Good...

Have the same problem with three c310's. Please help. They also don't switch to night mode from day mode.

@Mattyboi001 same here 2 out of three c310's stuck in night mode. Guess Tp-link don't do much testing of new firmware updates. Let the customers do that for you. shocking.

@Solla-topee I have two new Tapo C310 cameras, I cant view them with echo show. I have the same message live view not supported. Skill installed, alexa linked etc etc. It would be nice if someone...
