@FFWD The switches will work by pressing them no matter what, that part has nothing to do with the Internet, WiFi, etc. If your Internet or WIFI is down, you will not be able to control the switches...

@Wayne-TP I've sent you a PM. The HW version of the HS210 is 3.0. It also has the same problem with FW 1.0.9. The HS220s are running FW 1.0.10 (HW V3.0)
