This has now been rectified with the latest firmware update.

I have setup my C320WS camera at my front door and all works fine with push notifications in the Tapo App when motion is detected. However, I would like to automatically see who is at my front door...

@dkcrete did you ever get this problem resolved as experiencing the same. When I try and turn it off the strip turns red on 100% brigh

@TheRaidenPT same here, going round in circles and camera is likely to be returned if the problem can't be resolved. I'm guessing you are still in the same situation?

@Eustacius did you ever get a solution to this problem as experiencing the same and don't seem to be getting anywhere?

@Solla-topee the problem I'm experiencing seems very similar to the one shown below which you assisted with last year. Did you get a solution to this as believe that could resolve my problem?
