@Byrd1 I presume you've gone into the settings (via the app) for the camera and selected 2K as the resolution? When I got the C210 I found it defaulted to 1080p & had to specifically choose 2K.

@mix1987 That can happen if it's automatically installed a firmware update.. it needs to reboot to apply it (which does a self-test of the pan/tilt when it boots up).

This video compares the 2K C210 to the 1080p TC70.. the difference is actually very small, and I believe a lot of that is down to the compression being used. 2K resolution (2560x1440) is...

This doesn't happen all the time, but I'm seeing instances of the motion detection getting triggered and the camera records for HOURS, filling up the memory card with essentially nothing happening....

Without this I'm not buying a Tapo security camera
