@Wienumgebung issue solved with the provider. Got a static IP for free. But having the connection IP in DDNS as a parameter (or tp-link ddns for mulitple sites) would be a nice future feature!

@Vincent-TP Regardung VPN: When the VPN tunnels were "invisible but unchangeable", I "Force-Provisioned" the Gateways to get rid of the running "ghost"-tunnels and recreated the tunnels manually....
