Need fixed IP for P110 - large network lots of repeaters lots of power failures thus using more than one DHCP with distinctive IP ranges to avoid cant get IP.

@Cebujohn Agree need fixed IP - large distributed network - due to regular power failures using more than one DHCP with different ranges to avoid cant get IP. Need it for p110.
