if i put the camera on or off, the camera says: "camera on" or "camera off" or it reset hisself the camera says: "reset camera" etc etc this is very annoying. how do i shut this voice off completely?

can i use tapo c420 as a offline video recorder in a car? Or do i need internet connection to start it recording?
