@glunkes realised when i saw other comment about automations, and saw the default setting was nothing like how i set it up - haha. thank you :)

Below is 2 rooms 1 with dehumidifier 1 without no heating in any room. natural heat. crazy how much 20% more humidity changes the temp of a room.

@vroom2233 I had to return it via customer support who sent me a replacement that has fixed the issue . I'm guessing firmware update broke it .
