@Battlescarab Get them to send you beta app, It still shows offline , but works , and you can view it. In thr end ( last week ) they asked me to send the doorbell back So I'm.awaitint a replacement...

@MC72 mine is same. after firmware update it shows offline on app , but you still get notifcations , and even if doorbell is pressed it still shows.... how do we fix this ? as reset / reboot doesnt...

@Wayne-TP any idea with mine ?
