@DiBosco Can you ping from another device managed on the controller to the new EAPs (using the Network Tools on the controller)? Also, is it possible to factory reset the EAP and try again?

@B_Star Can you provide some details about the environment you are using the device in? Is this an open area or an area with many obstacles or trees, any sources of interference, etc.?
