@Wayne-TP Hi Wayne, I haven't installed the mop yet. It does this every time it is meant to enter a new room with a lip.

Is anyone able to assist please. I have two door thresholds which are less than 2cm high. The vacuum struggles to get over them, however when it does, it then turns around back into the original room...
