@User797 try and upgrade in step, version by version, are you sure it is an EU unit? look behind the cover where you connect the network cable. it says version and region but very small font

@mechanic123 I don't think you can use MAB on the ES205GP, then you have to upgrade to SG2xxxx or higher model to get what you want
